Constructed of cabinet grade Baltic Birch, with base pad (like grandma’s velt pads onthe dinning room table) and covered in lush Black Angus cowhide with attractive center spine running the length of the tray. I select a trays size by identifying the most dynamic area of a hide and carve out the largest piece I can get. 
 
The handles are double bolted with custom made cover hex cover nuts in midnight black. Measures 28” long X 17” wide X 3’ tall.
